I am having issues with multiple customers advising they are unable to complete payment when directed to paypal after completing our 2017 Event Registration - New Zealand on Jotform. Could you please advise me if this is an issue jotform is having redirecting them to paypal or if i need to contact paypal directly?

When I made a test submission on your form, I was properly redirected to the Paypal login page. Can you also try on your end to see if the problem persists? I also recommend to please try logging in on your Paypal account to see if you are able to access the page. If you are in contact with one of your users who failed to make payment through your form, I recommend to ask them to visit Paypal's website also to see if they are able to visit the page.
