Not valid link error when verifying my email account

    How can I change the sender address name to show something other than JotForm? See attached. 

    Also, when I try to verify my email account, I get an error indicating 'Not valid Link'. I have tried multiple times. The two users I added to the account also get the same error.

    You can change the sender name and sender email when you edit your email notification.

    Here's how:

    With regards to the invalid link error when verifying your account email, we are aware of this issue. I'll forward this to our developers so you will be informed once this is fixed.
