Email bounce back issue

    2. I receive a pop-up indicating of email bounce back for my gmail account. My gmail is my main email and I receive my monthly receipt from JotForm without any problem. Why do I get this pop-up?

    As per checking, the email address is indeed included on our bounce list.


    I have now removed the email address on our bounce list. Email addresses are added to our bounce list if we encounter issues in sending emails to the email address. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list.
