I have been a customer of Jotform for a number of years. One of my first questions was to do with the reporting of product sales in Excel. I understand how I can manipulate the data using text to data etc. The problem with this is it is a very manual process, so do you have an automated way to extract product sales? I need to provide sales data to bookkeeepers and accountants in a volunteer organization. I would like to see three columns, product, quantity and total price. These are separate fields on your forms so do not understand why it is so complicated to provide. If it can't be done I guess I will need to find other forms builders and cancel my subscription

Unfortunately, payment data are still not exported in that manner. However, this is already in the feature requests list. We can't provide you any ETA though but let me escalate your thread so you will receive updates once this is implemented.
I'm afraid the only workaround is to manipulate the excel data to format them according to your preference.
