Some customers get "Zip Code Failed validation" message

    My Jotform uses the Stripe integration for the shopping cart. Some (not all) of my clients get an error when trying to order that says their Zip Code failed validation. 

    The Stripe integration form that is on my JotForm didn't even ask for the Zip Code in the credit card information field. 

    What should I do? How can I fix this?

    This error may be caused by the by Stripe Zip verification but i see from your form that you have disabled any use of billing address in your form hence this should not be the case.

    I would like to recommend since this is happening to some users would you kindly request for screenshot of the error as i have tested the form and could not replicate the issue on my end.

    Thanks for your response, Trevor. I did find the problem - in the Stripe setting, there is an option to turn off Zip Code verification. Fixed now - thanks!
