When are you going to answer my question?

With a Private Ticket, how will I know when you have responded to me?  Do I need to keep this page open??  I am more interested in an official response from JotForm.  Not interested in answers posted by other users.  Do I need to look over thousands of posted questions???  Why don't you have a phone number so I can speak to a human being????
