Why I can not accept payments in my form?

    I'm trying to accept payments on my website using a form I created through jotform using Paypal.  When contacting the technical department of my site host they said there was an Authentication/Authorization fail error with my form.  The form information is below.

    Please advise.

    I checked your form and found out that it is not integrated to PayPal Pro at all:

    Please double check your credentials and integrate your PayPal Pro.
