I'm having the same problem. All of my submissions up until about a week ago worked fine, but now they aren't showing any of the headers or text. I've tried unchecking and rechecking the box to include the headers and text, but it's still not working. Any suggestions for me?

We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.
I have checked a submission PDF that belongs to your form named "Experienced Sales Rep" on your side and I am able to see headers and texts on the submissions page. However, when I download the submission PDF, I have seen that static texts don't appear as seen below:
Could you please reset submission PDF in the customize PDF mode as you can see the screenshot below?
I am not able to replicate the same problem on my side with the cloned version of your form.
I hope when you reset the PDF, it will be fixed.
Please test and let us know, if the issue still persists, I am going to forward it to our software developers in order to fix it.

I reset the pdf, and it didn't change anything. I'm still having the same problem

I have checked and seen that the issue still persists on your end. I have forwarded this problem to our backend team in order to make it fix.
