My client is wanting to downgrade to the free version during her off season. She has a business that is focused primarily in the summer.
I can log on to Jotform okay, but when I am redirected to plimus it is not recognizing the username or password and will not accept the email address I enter when trying to use the 'forgot password' function.
Please advise. Thanks.

Hello Dean. Upon checking your account, it seems that you were able to cancel your premium subscription successfully. Your account is now scheduled to be downgraded to free status on October 4, 2012.
We also have a new payment gateway which can easily handle subscirptions and cancellations the next time you re-upgrade your subscription with us.
