Preview Mode will not work

    Hi JotForm Support.

    I'm a newcomer on your platform. At the moment i am testing the performance of your system. - i appreciate the good workflow in your admin interface. - But when i'd like to preview and test my form in a browser - i allways get this information:

    Form not found - This form is in restore mode, please try again later ... ?

    Hm - how can I - perhaps You - fix this problem ???

    Your account was in Dormant status due to not accessing your account for a while. I activated your account. Your form is also active and you can preview it without having any troubled with.
