How long are form submissions stored for?

Hi, 

We're reviewing data privacy in my company and I need to know how long form submissions are kept for on Jotform servers.

Are they automatically deleted after a certain time?

Submissions are being kept on our servers for as long as it is not deleted automatically using Auto Delete Submissions App or manually from the submissions page — How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

However, for accounts on Free subscription, the submission storage is limited to 500 submissions. This refers to the most recent submissions received in your account. Exceeding the limit will result in deletion of the oldest submission to make room for the most recent submission received. This is explained in this guide — Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-Limits
