Can not receive email notifications

    One specific person in my building is not receiving email notifications.  Jotform support states that the emails are going out and not getting bounced back.  We use Outlook.  can someone please give me some guidance on this issue?

    You can check if any email is in our bounce list or not and if the email address is in our bounce list, you can remove it as you can see at the following document link:

    Please check if the email address of that spesific person is on bounce list by following the steps in the guide.
