Billing: Upgraded to yearly plan instead of monthly

    I wanted to upgrade from free to monthly but it looks like it has set me up to a yearly account .

    Please advise.

    Dear Joe,

    As far as I see, you have upgraded your account to Bronze Yearly (order number: INT171018-3887-67362) plan today.

    If you prefer, we can refund your payment back and then, you can upgrade your account to Bronze Monthly again.
