PDF template not showing fields

good Afternoon 

i need templates to show evertything that the customer has signed on my end but when I have amended the pdf it doesn’t save it for each submission is there a way I can get this done at all please as I was struggling to get my head around it last night. Thanks 

My understanding is that not all fields are showing in the PDF submission. Please try to enable the "Show Headers and Texts" option on the Submissions page. Here's a guide: How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.

After doing that, you can now download the submissions as a PDF. You may also want to check this guide: How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report.
