I am unable to download the pdf versions of my forms as it says access denied. It gives the option of completing a form to verify yet none of the fields are active. This is absurd. Please re-instate access. This will be the last time I use jotform as there have been ongoing problems. I would a0ppreciate a speedy resolution please as I have a deadline in the next hour and I need access to the forms.

I checked your account and can see that all your submission data is missing. The solution for this is to uncheck the "Store my data in Europe (Germany)" option. You can find this in your profile settings.
