submit not working

for the form below

for some reason the clicking the last question answer

does not go to the submit button

i think i clicked a setting that makes the form go to the next url but this doesnt seem to work either

btw - i am receiving timely responses from your support to my email max.maizels@gmail.com

but could my associate patrick, also receive a copy?

I have checked the form and noticed that you have a condition that hides the form submit button if a field is not selected or filled. On disabling the condition i was able to see the form submit button after the last question.

Below is a illustration of how to disable the condition and submit your form.
