Not all emails sent to recipients listed

The "notify attending that resident has self-reflected" email does not seem to be sending when the form is completed. The email address that is listed as "attending e-mail" is not getting a notification.

Could you please provide an email address(es) that you know that failed in receiving the Notifications?
