Changing name that is in the browser tab

Hello, 

I am trying to change the name of what appears in the browser tab. When I first started this form, I just named it "lipstick final" because I was messing around with a few different functions.  I have now finalized the form and labeled it "Glimmer Gloss & Everything Nice".  And have changed the URL.  Regardless of how I tweak or edit the page, name, URL, Nothing will change what is shown in the Browser Tab Heading.  How do I change this?
