Why isn't the embed code bringing up the most recent edited version of my form?

I created a form and copied the embed link to an email. When I sent the email to myself and clicked on the link, it correctly opened the original draft of the form.

Then, I made some changes to the form and saved. But when I sent myself that embed link, it does not bring up the new rendition, but only the original one.

    Am I doing something wrong?

The template is a version of King Bankruptcy Letter (specifically, King Bankruptcy Bulletin Sept. 5 2012).

    Hi,

May we know the form URL in which this problem occurs? We'll check your form here. Thanks!
