    Updated form replaces original form. Links don't update!?

    I recently edited a form of mine. But now, the link for the form shows something different than my updated one. Why is that?

    See here:

    After update: http://jotform.us/form/21977919862169

    So the link that I sent before will NOT show the updated version!? This makes no sense and people will see that old one? I did not do any clone. Just a background color change and some font updates. This is not cool.

    That first link MUST work and show what the second link is showing. I can loose a lot of potenial applicants. Someone please assist me!

    Hi,

    Both are completely the same on my end. Have you tried clearing your browsers cache? There may some time that form.jotform.us can be a little out of date, since caches might take some time to be cleared. But they will always work faster since they are served from our CDN.

    I cleared the catche. The first link shows a white background with white font that you can't even see. the other link (updated one) has a background in dark colors with a bright welcome image. I'm afraid of my applicants seeing what I see on the first one. What do you see?

    My form keeps changing! I went out of the form, but when I went back to edit it, all of the white font changed to BLACK. I didn't even start anything! It's hard to read! My conditions aren't working either. Nothing is working! My collapse bar is supposed to be red with black text, and I can see it correctly in my edit window, but when I try and preview it, it's unchanged!

    What is happening??

    I see you are editing your form, please note that deleting or changing your field labels might affect your form conditions. You are also injecting CSS so that might be the reason why it shows differently on your edit and live view.

    My pagebreak bars will not accept the transparent CCS code.

    When a question is selected, the font changes to a dark gray color. I've put in a css code that changes it to white, but that's not working either. It's as though there is a css code injected somewhere in there that is conflicting with everything!

    Also, both links are still rendering different forms. This is really bad for business. I didn't know that if you edited a form, it changed the links!

    That autoresponder issue was a PAIN!! FXR's suggestion was genius. Very simple solution.. but the only one that actually worked! Everyone was very helpful and determined to defeat the issue!

    There was a problem with some of your css codes.

    Instead of transparent!important use transparent !important there should be a space between the two words. Example:

    .form-pagebreak{

    background:transparent !important;

    }

    Just review your CSS and that should work.

    You might  also need this for the labels changing back to black colors:

     

    .form-line-error {

    color: white !important;

    }

    Also, for a fast updating form please use http://www as there may be a delay of updates with our CDN domains (the http://form) at this moment. Hopefully this issue will be resolved ASAP.

    Update:

    I just found the problem with your CSS. This CSS

    .form-matrix-row-headers{

    color: white!important;

    doesn't have declaration end block "}"

    It should be:

    .form-matrix-row-headers{

    color: white!important;

    }

    Fix that and all codes below it should work as expected. Thanks!

    It worked! It cleared up the issues with the css codes. Thank you!

    I opened the link on another computer, and it's still showing the same thing! Is this a glitch!>

    How do I edit this one to look like my updated form?? It's the same form! Is anyone going to help fix this?

    I have tested the link that you have provided on different browsers and they all show the result that I mentioned on my previous post.  It sounds like it may be a cache issue.  Here is a link that may be helpful.

    WHEW!

    If it's working and it's just not showing me, then that's not a problem! It was driving me crazy because that was all that I could see, and even still now. Just to be safe, I'll use the update link LOL.
