I have checked the email history for your address and seems like the emails are sending just fine, I would recommend you to check this guide in order to know why emails may not be sending: https://www.jotform.com/help/364-Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications
I would also recommend you to whitelist our IP addresses so you avoid emails being blocked due to security filters: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
