How can I locate the theme I created?

I created a theme to use internally but my collaborators cannot find it when they search. (I can't find it either). I've searched using the theme name and my user name.

Also if I apply the theme myself to a form it gets reverted back any time someone else makes and edit.

Is this the theme you created?

    https://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/lab-theme

The theme can be found by using the search bar on the Theme Store page either by using "sanford lab theme" or "mkapust" as your search keyword.

Also if I apply the theme myself to a form it gets reverted back any time someone else makes and edit.

This topic may need to be moved to a separate thread depending on your next reply. Can you please elaborate on what you meant when you said "any time someone else makes and edit"? You coined the term "collaborator" so I'm under the impression that you're using the Form Collaboration feature.

If you're collaborating with your colleagues differently, please explain how and if possible, more details about the issue (e.g. ways to reproduce it, screenshot of how you see it VS how it's supposed to look like, and so on).

I am able to see the theme now on the store. Thank you.

What was/is happening is I would apply a theme to a form. My coworker would open the form to edit it and the theme would revert back.

Great that you solved your first issue.

Now for the other issue I tested your theme. And I was unable to reproduce the problem. The form keeps its theme after logging in/out multiple times and after editing it.

If we can reproduce the problem we can send it to the developers to fix it. So please list the steps involved.
