When I try to use the form to purchase something it gives me the error message that - square payment error - access token is missing! HELP!!!

I checked your form and I see it was not connected to Square payments integration at this time. I should be connected first for the payment integration to work.
Click on the Connect with Square button and it should changed to Connected.
