Why the form displays error message - reached its quota?

    I am not a customer of yours. I do however have a question. I received a email from a customer of yours and am wondering the validity of their business. I filled out their form then was redirected to a page that said, the form had reached its quota. What does this mean? This website I was on is from a or claiming to be a financial institution offering loans so why would a financial institution be limited on a form? Now I'm concerned my info is being stolen. Of greatly appreciate any info you can offer.

    Please be noted that we offer different subscription plans including free subscription. The monthly form submission limits of the account vary based on the subscription plan chosen by the user. The account that is associated with the form that you tried to fill may have reached it's monthly limit. If you have received the over-quota error message, please note that your information is not submitted to the form and it is required to submit it again when the form is activated.

    If you can provide us with the web page URL where the form is embedded so that we may be able to check if the form is a scam.

    Please be careful with such forms. 

    The form is over the available limit so that's why you saw that message "Over quota".

    But also, the form fields are suspicious so account owner is suspended.
