Some of my form users said that my form is skipping pages on mobile device

Dear Jotform stuff,
Your device is fantastic but I have got a problem; when some of my interviewees fill out the questionnaire through their cellphone, which is very common and convenient, often makes the mistake of jumping items on the final tables of my questionnarie. I have found many questionnaires filled in with tables filled only for a tenth and this is because when you press the button to move on, for example, you are at item number 1, jump directly to the last by hiding the previous 6. I hope to to be explained and I hope that solving the problem is very important.
The problem appear only when Interviewees uses mobile phone to filling.

I have tried filling up your form, but I cannot replicate the problem. It is not skipping pages. Did you embed this form on a website? Can you share us the link? It is likely an issue with a script conflict which you can prevent by re-embedding the form using our iframe method:

If not, you may consider making the fields required so they cannot move forward without filling up the fields first.

The problem is disappear. I have filled all the questionnarie and It sounds great.
I don't know why because this morning the problem there was.
