I need to produce an exact PDF copy of the forms that we are using...

Once the form is submitted, I need the complete content of the form to be emailed as part of the response PDF... in additional to the responses itself as the forms contain contract information that should not be separated from the responses.

Unfortunately, you cannot have the PDF the same like the form, design-wise. That is a constraint of the PDF and how it is created. On the other hand, information-wise, you can have all information from the form in your PDF version of the submission.
