image upload preview widget

the image upload widget, is this only a preview? Is there a way to have the image always show, not just a preview

I need a widget or way for the user to add an image without having to use the hyperlink tool. The image needs to always show on the form once added.

The Image Upload Preview widget allows your respondents to add an image and preview it before submission.

I am not quite sure what you mean by "the image needs to always show". Do you want to add an image yourself as the owner of the form which you want to always show to your respondents?

Hi thanks for the response. Once the respondent adds the image and submits, then another user on the email list will open it and we would like to be able to see the image when viewing the submitted form.

We are using JotForm/Forms as an internal form that circulates within the company and allows users to open/edit/print the form at any time. So what I'm asking for may not be possible because of our use.

The submission email will only include a link to download the file.  If you want a preview of the image, attach a PDF copy of the submission data to the email:

yeah, I tried that but unfortunately the PDF copy doesn't look the same as the form, different layout.

Anyway, I think because of the way our company is using this form/setup, it's not possible to get the result I'm looking for.
