Email Notifications: Making sure email conditiosn are working

HI,

My form 52745887899988 has notification & autoresponder email conditions. Until recently it was working perfectly. After I made some minor changes to the form, the submitter is not getting the Autoresponder. I created a new one today, (CA_Responder) in hopes of rectifying the problem and edited the conditions to match.

I'm not convinced this is the fix so I asking if you can review what I have and verify if it is good or not.

I checked your autoresponder it is looks fine. I also made a test submission and I was able to receive the autoresponder email.
