No Captcha when replying to private support ticket

    Hi folks,

    I'd like to suggest something: when a person is replying to a support ticket marked private, they are already logged in as someone who has gone through the human-identifying process once. Wouldn't it be nice if they didn't have to fill out a Captcha every time they replied to a message? 

    Please consider it!

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    I will forward this thread to our backend team for a possible implementation so private threads are not required to go through spam check.

    Hello Ken,

    First of all, thank you for contacting us.

    As per your suggestion, the captcha will not show when a user is replying to the thread that she/he already started and that is marked as private.
