How to view previous submissions on an encrypted form?

Hello - I had a key saved for my encrypted form on my old computer but recently had to get a new computer. The form no longer recognizes that key so I followed steps to create a new key for my new computer. But even with the new key created and saved, it still will not show me the data I need to access within the form. How can I view my past data in the form? I need access to it, it's very important. Thank you.

Encryption can only be removed by the key associated with the submissions.  If you create a new key, it will only remove the encryption from submissions entered after the key was created.  If you have more than one form that has encryption, each form could also have its own key.

If you open you browser in private/incognito mode, you should be promoted to upload a new key.  Try each key file that you have.  Unfortunately, if the correct key is no longer available, there is nothing we can do on our end to remove the encryption.
