jotform is where im having the issue not zoho, i also tried highrise and i am having the same issue!!!
several fields in my form are not available for selection/mapping while in the integrations window??
for example .... i go into zoho...i create the custom field for "postal code" ... i come back to jotform open the form.... open the integrations ... select zoho... click to add another feild... select "postal code" ..... but then i do not see it as a selection on the jotform side?
it shows up as a selection from zoho... but is for some reason missing in jot form...
i have uploaded a screen shot.

After doing further tests, I was able to figure this out. Apparently, only newly added fields (on JotForm) can be mapped on the integration current instance.
If you check your form, you'll find a "test post code" field I have added to it. The said field can be mapped to your custom zoho field.
Can you please try removing the current integration? Afterwards, redo the integration then check if the custom postal field (zoho) can be mapped to your form's postal code.

when i filled out a test form some of the fields i filled out didnt show up in zoho? what coulb be causeing this problem

Make sure the validation on both Jotform fields and the ZOHO fields are the same . For example, if you are mapping a custom field in Jotform with email or alphanumeric validation , but you have mapped it to a Zoho field which has text validation, it will not work
Please check on that and let us know

ok i honestly do not know what is going on with this integration ive been at it for so long my eyes are hurting. i create the form field in zoho i create the form field in jot form.. i integrate it... then when i open the integration tool it doesnt even show the question i just integrated and i have to do it all over again??
sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt... it seems unstable?
highrise integration is easy and works but doesnt have nearly as many features as zoho interms of customization for my company...
its like i cant win... is there someone i can pay to help me with this? is it the browser i am using? should i be using internet explorer?? im really exhausted with this..

My suggestion would be to remove the current integration, add all the custom fields you need at once (on Zoho), taking note of the field types, then finally integrating the form.
For more information about custom field types, please refer to the link below:

why is it that some of the questions in my form like drop down type ... will work with a text type question in zoho?
- jeanettebmzAnswered on September 10, 2012 at 06:00 PM
Dropdown question can be taken as text input type using some script codes , so that might be the reason.
