I can see the forms have created from your account, you may also check your account activity logs following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/370-How-to-View-Your-Account-Activity-Logs

That doesnt make sense that means I just made it today when I logged in

I can see you have some sub-user accounts so may be that one of them created the forms, please also make sure that you have not shared the login credentials for your JotForm account, otherwise may be that another user created the forms too.
