How to create a hyperlink?

I created a hyper link in my registration form for paypal.me and it does not work

You need to select the text, then click on the "Insert link" icon, and paste the link:

I did that and when I go to live view the link show an opps screen

That is not a valid URL, where did you get it from? Are you trying to redirect the user to one of your jotforms where you have integrated with PayPal? If that is correct, here is how to get the URL of a jotform: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
