Missing required data in email notification

    In my form, I have a required field for date of birth and when the email comes in, that data is not provided in the email. I would like to know why this is occurring and how to fix the issue. When I login to jotform the data is there but it is blank in the email.

    I checked your last couple notification emails and it looks like you have resolved the issue, possibly by deleting and then recreating the notification email.
