I've submitted twice now (three times with this) and gotten no response on the board or to my email. I have been locked out of my account and have no idea why. All I did was change the page I took my payment information from the 2nd page to the 7th page. Literally nothing else. PLEASE help as I have a client waiting on this!

Please do note that we do get assigned random threads and we do not decide which to answer, our average response time varies on the number of threads our support forum has.
