I have a MacBook Air which I am trying to use for our Convention

registration form. I would like to use the excel reports that were created last year but I don't have Excel on my Mac. Is there any way to set up the forms in Numbers?

You are able to try another report types such as Grid Listing and HTML Table Listing. To create this kind of reports, please go to "My Forms" section and select your form.

Then please click on the "Reports" link and "Add New Report".

Finally, select the report type which is the one that best suits you.

If none of them is suitable for you, I would like to recommend you to download Libre Office that is totally free. Thus, you can open excel files on your Mac.
