Sending form to multiple recipients

    I've used your forms for years. I currently use one form and have it set up to email three recipients upon submission. I went to change one of the email address' and your system won't let me, it's prompting me to 'upgrade'. I stay FAR below any of your limits as far as a free account and when I compare the others, there is nothing about how many email address' I can send submissions too. Why isn't it letting me change one of those email address'???

    Hello @edgemedia - This limit was just recently added to free plan users roughly a month ago. This decision was taken due to the fact that some of the free plan users abuse JotForm for scam purposes and it hurts our reputation (which in turn would be bad for the majority of our users).

    To keep everyone safe, this limit has to be imposed. I understand other free plan users like yourself will be affected by this recent change so we decided to keep your existing settings intact. This would mean that:

    🔘 When you create a new form, you can only add 1 recipient.

    🔘 If you have an existing form with, say, 5 recipients, then these emails will remain but;

      🔘 If you want to add more recipients, you won't be able to.

      🔘 If you delete/change any of the recipients and wanted to add one or more, you can't.

      🔘 And if you delete all the recipients, you can only re-add 1 recipient.

    Thanks for the answer, that's too bad. The other question I had above was which plan allows me to have multiple emails? None of them say anything about multiple emails. I currently am using three emails and need to either add one more or switch one out.

    Any paying plan will work regarding the adding of multiple addresses to one Notifier. Also, you can create multiple Notifiers in your form where each can have one recipient.

    Hope it helps.
