Dear Jotform developer,
For some unknown reasons my office IP address was blocked for form access.
The blocked office IP is 188.8.131.52
All forms inside was used for warranty registration after purchase or educational class. No special purpose for that.
Please help to check and unblock my office IP block with great thanks.
As now my whole company, including my colleagues can not process any registration submission.
Attached the screencap with this issue, I have submissed two times for requesting ip unblock but not yet having response now. Please have a check for your process.
It shown the message of
[Looks like your IP address has been banned because of a possible phishing attempt. If you believe that there is a mistake, let us know using the form below.]

Dear Jot-form team,
Now all works fine and all problems are solved. Company network can access the form without any problems. greatly appreciated your teams' helping :)
