My JotForm changes are not updating in preview or in the online form

    We have an existing JotForm setup to collect event entries. I have made adjustments to some elements, but while these are saved, they aren't being reflected in the live form (or if I use the Preview function).

    I have changed some pricing items; this is a live form and currently in use so we would really like to get these changes out!

    Hello @MFSC - Unfortunately, without any basis for comparison, we can't tell which changes are not reflecting. Can you please tell us what specific changes have you done through the Form Builder that did not reflect on the Preview?

    Is there any chance that your form was also embedded on a page on your website? If so, can you share with us the URL so we can check the form from there directly?

    Sharing a screenshot of the difference would also greatly help in discerning the difference(s) between the two.

    I don't see any differences, visually, when I checked your form. For the time being, I cleared your Form Cache to see if that will help. Please get back to us with the info I'm requesting above so we can have a better look.
