I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You have configured your form's notification email alert to send submission email to email@example.com. Please check the screenshot below:
There is no reason why your your form will send submission email to any other email address. Your form has no condition as well to send submission emails.
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
