Why is when I import the layout does not follow the original form?

    When I import from https://form.jotform.me/71861248035456 it does not copy over the layout.

    That is because the "New Form layout" is enabled in your form. I would suggest you to please edit your form and change the "Form layout" setting to "Lagacy layout". That will solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to switch to legacy layout:
