Drop-down support with 4000 values

Team, 

We want the drop-down with values of 4000. Please let me know if there is any widget drop-down widget which support 4000 values.

I also tried with Auto-Complete --- Which would serer the request for now, but no luck.

Any solution?

I don't think this is possible yet and the developers have not implemented it since it may cause major slowdown on the forms.

You may need to breakdown your dropdown list by 1000 options to do this.
