HI, I'm building the online form https://eu.jotform.com/build/72892223144960 WHERE a dance school (or even a private TEACHER) can enroll in a choreographic event one or more COUPLE of dancers and / or one or more groups / crew.

I'm looking for a solution so that depending on the number of couples the teacher want to enroll may appear the corresponding fields to be filled with:

    For each COUPLE:

    - name, surname and nik name of each dancer who make up the couple + artistic name of this couple (NOT A SINGLE dancer, but 2 dancers)

    For each GROUP / Crew:

    - name and surname of the dancers (minimum 3) + name of the crew

HOW CAN I DO? (if you take a look on the form you can see how I'm try to realize, but I don't think it is the write way)

Furthermore, it would be great also that tha form could even calculate the total amount to be paid for the registration at this event. The prize is determined by 20 euros for each dancer if the dancer dances in a single category (eg only in a couple or only in a crew) and 5 euros more if he dance in multiple categories ( eg. a dancer who dance in a couple and also in a crew).

    Let me give an example:

I AM THE MASTER WHICH fill THE FORM AND I wold register 5 dancers:

    - 2 dancers in couple BABY CATEGORY

    - 2 dancers in couple JUNIOR CATEGORY

    - 5 dancers CREW CATEGORY.

    I HAVE to pay 5X20EURO = 100 EURO WHERE ADDING 5 EUROX2 CATEGORIES X 2 dancers = 20 EURO ... FOR A TOTAL amount OF 120 EUROS.

    Please, help me...

Thank you for contacting us. In you scenario the best approach would be to use conditional logic  by selecting either a drop down or radio button. this will have the categories you want. When one category is selected you will show the specific fields that need to be displayed.  This is as shown below in a demo I created to illustrate this.

Below is a guide on how you can use conditional Logic in your form.

On the calculation you can use the Form Calculation Widget to perform calculation on your form. Below is a link of how you can use this widget in your form.
