Apply CSS to same Fields on same form in multiple areas

I have applied CSS to a text field to expand its size which worked great #first_3 for an example.  Below this I have another field with the same text field (duplicated) and I also need to apply this same size.  When I go to the CSS the CSS code is already there from the first one, so how do I apply that to the second one also?

May I know what specific field are you referring to? If possible, please provide a screenshot.
