I have received an answering e-mail and I got a return of my problem's ticket and I need to recover the submissions on the pannel at jotform but not on email to generate some of the report.
Our warning it's a new occurancy because it doesn't any registering that we had deleted the pannel informations as shown attached below.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. To my understanding, you are trying to look for a specific submission made on your form. You received the submission via email, however, it is not showing on your form submissions page, is that correct?
May we know which of your form are you having this issue with, please?
