    Inject this CSS codes to your form.

    li#id_68 {

    padding: 8px 0;

    }

    #id_63 .form-html td:first-child > span:first-child {

    text-transform: uppercase;

    letter-spacing: 5px;

    }

    .form-textbox {

    font-family: Times New Roman;

    }

    Thank you so very much for the help! That was extremely helpful! One last question, is it possible to reduce the space shown in the attached image? I'm also wondering what I need to do the keep reducing the spacing for new items...I added some more text and would love for it to match.

    Thanks again!

    Inject this CSS codes to your form.

    li#id_63 {padding-top: 0;}

    li#id_36{padding-bottom:10px}

    You can change the 10px if you'd like to adjust the spacing.

    This gives you the following.
