How can I add page breaks if my form is created and the page break option isn't available?

When using the new form layout, each field is placed on its own page.  Since each field has its own page, the page break tool was removed.

If you would like to create forms that allow for multiple fields on the same page, disable the new form layout from the account settings page:

You can also convert a form created using the new form layout to the old form layout from the form settings:

Change this to "Legacy" to convert the form to the old layout.
