Archived & Favorite Forms not Showing Up.

We're having issues viewing our archived and favorite forms. None have been deleted from our end, but they are not showing up on our account. Is this an issue with JotForm's server and how soon can it be fixed?

For further assistance, how many forms did you have in your archive? Is it possible to get the form ID of these archived forms.

This will help us understand what happened to the forms. Checking at your account you have almost 200 forms and so it may be a challenge determining which forms were archived and "disappeared".

Also kindly let us know approximately how many forms had you archived. We also see two forms under the favorites folder. Kindly check on these forms and let us know if they are the forms that may have "disappeared".

The two forms in the favorites folder were previously starred and in the favorites.  Somehow, seemingly overnight, our favorites folder and archive folder are empty, even though we had previously starred several forms to favorites. We found these two forms by sorting for forms with the most submissions, but are unable to find forms with low submissions from the past.  We do not know the number of forms we had archived, and it is impossible to give you a form ID number because we cannot see them.  We have been using your site since approx. 2011 and use it very frequently. 

We are only seeing forms under "my forms" created after April 2017.  We're just wondering where all of our archived forms have gone - even when you "sort" through the forms, it doesn't show you everything you've ever created.  It only shows approx. 50 forms and there is no button to go to the next page... etc. We use these archived forms (instead of moving them into the trash) to clone and edit for new jobs.  

I have looked at your accounts in detail and see some forms in thrash folder.

As per the above illustration kindly confirm if theses are some of the forms that "might" have been in the thrash folder.

If they are not I would have to escalate the issue to Level 2 support for the issue to be investigated further.

Please escalate to Level 2 support. Those Trash forms are forms that we did indeed Trash. Not forms from our Archive or Favorite.

I checked your account history logs and here are the deleted forms:

I also checked your "My Forms" page and I can see a lot of disabled forms. 

It will help us if you provide even 1 form that is missing on your Archive folder so we can try to investigate it further.

Also, I will escalate this to our developers so they can check it further.
