requesting autoresponder "Send later" list of emails

Not sure what the question is. Did you mean how do you setup an autoresponder to send at a later date? 

For example:

If your question is how do you send an autoresponder later to multiple recipients then you would have to provide multiple email fields on your form.

Then create multiple autoresponders. One for each email field.
