    My Form Collapser has continued display error

    We have deleted these fields and then replaced them with new ones.  Still the Form Collapse is not behaving correctly.

    The following is a screenshot of the form opened on three different browsers.  They seem to be behaving well on my end as I was not able to reproduce the issue.  It sound like it is a cache issue.  

    Try to clear your cache and let us know if that fixed the problem.

    Interesting. I have tried multiple browsers, pcs and also cleared out all
    cache and still see the error.
    Also friend in different state sees same error.
    I will maybe clone the form and see what happens.

    As I have check your form, I was able to replicate the said issue. I will now submit a ticket to our development team for them to investigate the said issue and as soon as they fixed it, they will inform you immediately.

    Hi, it seems that the anomally can be attributed to the Condition logic you used on the form. I think the condition rule is not correctly applied. This is the condition logic used in your form 

    What you wanted to do is to Show/Hide the entire field group within Bank Deposit -2 collapsable field. But this will not work because the collapsable field already have that show/hide property of its own, it will only mess with the condition you created.

    What should be done instead is to apply your condition logic to all the fields under Bank Deposit-2. That is, show all the fields if it is Yes.

    Here is the form I tested the condition using a clone of your form 

    And this is how the conditions were setup...

    If you noticed, I appended the word "JotForm" on the field labels on those under Bank Deposit -2 (this make it easy for me to recognize them since your field labels are similarly named)
